My cousins came to visit and my little cousin makes these fantastic Fried Won Ton Mozzarella Sticks. He shared his method and they are super easy. These are a perfect appetizer for the Bears Packers game tomorrow.

1 package of mozzarella string cheese, removed from package and cut in half
1 package of won ton wrappers (found in the produce section, in the cooler)
Vegetable Oil for frying, about three cups
Your favorite pizza sauce for dipping
Water

Take a won ton wrapper and turn it so it’s facing you and looks like a diamond shape.
Place one of the mozzarella sticks on the wrapper across the center long ways so there’s a point at the top and bottom.
Dip your finger in water and rub water along the edges of the wrapper.
Fold the top point over the mozzarella stick, roll it towards the bottom point tucking in the sides as you roll.
Seal with water to close.
Heat your oil and fry a few sticks at a time, turning once while frying. These only take a minute or so.
Remove and drain on a paper towel, Serve with your favorite sauce.
