Top 10 Tax-Friendly States

Did you know people like saving their money? For some reason, people like to pay less for things. If you are normal that is a no brainer. If you are my wife, well the phrase money is no object comes to mind. When it comes to money in the united states it has gotten better for the country almost every quarter since 2010.

The economy is looking better for workers these days too. Unemployment is low, job growth is solid and wages are growing. This country has jobs and qualified workers. About 10 years ago you had to take what you could get when it came to working. For a lot of workers these days you have a handful of companies to choose from. Sometimes to take a good job you might have to move to another state. But before you accept a job offer in another state, make sure you check out the cost of living in your prospective employer's city and state. Look at the cost of housing, and you should do some research on the state and local taxes, and how much they plan on ripping you off for.

In this video, Suki calculated what it would look like for a married couple that rakes in about $150K a year in each state. She gave me about 13 pages that I will oversimplify and add a few strange comments. So if you are looking for the most tax-friendly state
