▶Kyle Lowry is an American professional basketball player for the Toronto Raptors of the National Basketball Association. With the Raptors, he has been a six-time NBA All-Star and was named to the All-NBA Third Team in 2016. Lowry won an NBA championship with Toronto in 2019, their first title in franchise history. He was a member of the U.S. national team that won a gold medal in the 2016 Summer Olympics.

It is one of the four major professional sports leagues in the United States and Canada, and is widely considered to be the premier men's professional basketball league in the world.

▶The Toronto Raptors are a Canadian professional basketball team based in Toronto. He played college basketball for the USC Trojans and was selected ninth overall by the Toronto Raptors in the 2009 NBA Draft. He is a four-time NBA All-Star and a two-time All-NBA Team member. He spent nine seasons with the Raptors, including five playoff runs, before being traded to the Spurs in the summer of 2018. DeRozan has played for the United States national team in the 2014 World Cup and the 2016 Summer Olympics.
