Now an Omni negate in Yu-Gi-Oh refers to a card that can negate the effect of basically any card. So every card on this list has the ability to negate basically any card, assuming it's fast enough to respond to it anyway, but those are the criteria for this list, because generally Omni negates are super good because the ability to negate basically any card can win you the game if you do it to the correct target.
