Rankings Justified:
1. Izuru - Possesses every known talent researched at Hope's Peak Academy, end of discussion.
2. Kokichi - This man planned the most unsolvable crime that even puzzled MONOKUMA which could have succeeded if Kaito was smarter.
3. Nagito - Very Similar to Kokichi, he planned an unsolvable crime so that only the spy would survive, however that particular spy was also extremely smart and found out exactly what Nagito's plan was and ended up sacrificing herself to save everyone. The reason Kokichi is above Nagito is because Kokichi had much more planning involved thinking about every possibility to trick everyone, while a lot of Nagito's plan relied on his talent of luck.
4. Kyoko - An absolute genius and could be #2, it's just that Nagito and Kokichi showed many more impressive feats such as lying, detective work, manipulating, controlling situations, etc. But Kyoko mostly only shows detective feats and thinking skills. Imagine if she committed a murder.
5. Chiaki - It is so hard to rank her because I feel like she didn't show all her feats. She is truly a genius and also could be #2 if we seen all her feats. She provided many amazing points in class trials and always understood the situation, however she wasn't one of the more talkative speakers compared to the group. IQ lvl is near Kyoko's tho.
6. Tsumugi - I don't think I need to explain this unless you didn't finish v3. Only reason she isn't top 5 is because the others are definitely overall more intelligent.
7. Junko - Same as Tsugumi, she may have created everything and had a very high IQ plan, but she still lost.
8. Shuichi - Another genius that could easily be higher but not quite higher than the others, however he is definitely top 10 due to his detective skills like Kyoko.
9. Byakuya - He is simply a man destined for victory. He may have had choked in the 4th and 5th class trials (which brought down his rank), but I think he could have committed the most perfect crime in the entire series due to his talent, high intelligence and feats, especially shown during the 2nd class trial.
10. Gundham - He debatably committed one of the most perfect crimes in the entire series.
11. Kirumi - This woman is so underrated, she may have went out early, but she was a fucking swimming pool rule away from committing a perfect crime (said by Shuichi).
12. Makoto - Don't need to explain.
13. Hajime - Don't need to explain.
14. Kaede - Top 10 anime plot twists.
15. Maki - Even though she was extremely passive in both the school life and class trials for the most part, she definitely showed a high level of intelligence and had good character development throughout the series.
16. Peko - She would definitely have the potential to be higher if she wasn't Fuyuhiko's "tool" since that basically costed her an early death.
17. K1-BO - Same as Maki, he brings up good points and is usually on the right page but doesn't talk a lot. He was great in the 6th trial tho.
18. Chihiro - Not good for the killing game but her programming skills came clutch especially with alter ego.
19. Sakura - Good overall intelligence, just not above the people higher than her.
20. Miu - Her overall intelligence and class trial moments seems below average, but her talent as an inventor brings her up.
21. Celeste - Wasted potential even tho her intelligence seems high, her crime was pretty obvious.
22. Korekiyo - Same as celeste.
23. Ryoma - Same as Kiyo and Celeste except as a victim. Could have been much higher, he seemed very smart.
24. Mikan - The only reason she is this high is because her crime was very well thought out and executed perfectly, but that was because of the virus and outside of that, she is not very smart.
25. Mondo - His crime was very well planned and executed, but his awareness and general knowledge is horrible.
26. Fuyuhiko - As childish as he sounds, his overall intelligence is pretty good and I think he could have potentially committed a very high IQ kill.
27. Sonia - She passively provided good points in class trials and showed a good understanding of situations.
28. Kiyotaka - He's an idiot when it comes to the killing game, but his talent is what earns him this rank.
29. Kazuichi - Tbh his mechanic skills he showed in the funhouse are the only thing that earn him this rank.
30. Teruteru - Decent class trial performance since he lasted longer than others without getting called out, however he left so many obvious clues and fell right into Nagito's trap of setting him up to kill. During the blackout, why would he talk in the dining hall when he wasn't going to end up being there when the blackout ended. Hiding the iron skewer in the meat could have went wrong in so many ways such as if it got inspected (if ultimate detectives like kyoko or shuichi were there, they would definitely inspect it)
