Here is the 30 songs that were penalised the most by the change in voting in 2016. From 2009-2015 countries used to give out one set of 1-8, 10, 12 points from a combination of the juries and televote, in 2016 the voting system changed where each country now gives 2 sets of points. These are the top 30 songs that had the biggest gap between the new and old voting system.
