Top 5 Winter Crops | Vegetable Gardening Problems

We're coming into winter and vegetable gardens won't be producing as much food for the kitchen, but there are still plenty of crops that will produce over the colder months. I've planted five of them (Broad Beans, Spinach, Mint, Snow Peas, Brown Onions) with varying degrees of success over the last few weeks. Here are my top 5 winter crops, along with some pitfalls to look out for when growing them.
