So what's behind these emails?

Do they give you the "Secret 5G Stock" that's making you 10x the money?

Or is there another agenda behind these emails?I don't know about you, but my inbox is constantly being hit-up with offers about 5G related offers like this.

So what do you think, are 5G stocks a good investment or just the next "flavor of the year" stock?

I personally think the latter...

That's because I've spent enough time around the stock markets to see how this particular game works. Just take a look at this and let me know if this jogs your memory:

5G Stocks: QCOM, QRVO, SWKS, VZ, & NVDA
Pot Stocks: TLRY, CGC, CRON, APH & NBEV
Cryptocurrencies: BTC, ETH, XRP & LTC
3D Printer: DDD, SSYS, ONVO & VJET
Biotechs: BIIB, REGN, GILD, AMGN, & AGN

Ringing any bells from years past?

And let me assure you, there will be something new, probably at some point this year and the next and the next after that...get my point?

These companies are typically using some sort of crazy headline like "Is 5G Causing The Virus?"...which is obvious conspiracy non-sense, but it gets people interested and clicking and that's the name of the game.

So for me, 5G is just like anything else in that list. And as you've probably heard me say before, I trade what I SEE, not what I THINK.

"But you think 5G will be a big technological breakthrough, Markus?!" you might be thinking.
Yes, of course! But trading off "hot stock" ideas isn't a way I've found any consistency.

Now this is in no way a review of any of the individuals in the video, I'm not subscribed to their services nor have I any experience with their 5G stock picks...that's just not how I do things. For all I know they could be great.

For me 5G will be a great innovation that will probably provide a lot of benefits but in no way am I going to just load up with 5G stocks because my inbox is saying they're the latest and greatest thing.
