I have always found the following to be the tell-all signs of a sigma person. This is purely based on my own experiences, so take this with a pinch of salt. Number 8. Abstraction. Most of the sigmas I have know are abstract thinkers. You introduce them to a new idea and they will wander off thinking about how it relates to a hundred other things. For example, if you start a discussion about the Tesla Model X, and let them have their way, the conversation will eventually move towards how electric cars will change the way people live or how electric cars will affect the environment¬. Isn’t this trait powerful? Number 7. Imagination. Sigmas have a wild imagination. As the story goes, Einstein came up with the General Theory of Relativity by imagining himself travelling in space on a beam of light. However, they aren’t day-dreamers either. They use their imagination to answer questions that cannot be addressed objectively. Imagination has only been the true portal through which many great civilization was born. Number 6. Curiosity. Sigmas are undeniably curious. You remember that annoying little kid in your class who always asked “stupid” questions to all the professors? He grew up to be intelligent and successful. And he’s still asking questions. Never relenting, never giving up. He is always striving to develop himself on day to day bases. Sigmas are not the kind of male that are easily trapped in any form conventional deception. Number 5. Vicious Learning. The most liberating phrase when it comes to learning is “I don’t know” and the sigmas aren’t afraid to use it. If they can’t understand something, they will ask. If they can’t do something, they’ll admit it and look for help. If they’re put to a task where they know nothing, they will be more excited about the possibility of learning something new than the pain of going through the change or the fear of making mistakes. They are also largely bookworms. They don’t fuck around when it comes to learning. Number 4. Idealistic. Many Sigmas I know are idealistic. This contradicts with their curiosity and open-mindedness, but it’s not so simple. Sigmas have a checklist of things they think are absolutely true. Their life revolves around those truths (Ex: “Capitalism is the best economic system”) and some of them are very private truths. So when there’s a discussion about Capitalism, they are more than happy to participate, thanks to their curiosity, but when someone makes fun of Capitalism or directly attacks it, intelligent people fume on the inside. If not for the social barriers, they would correct their bowtie and begin by saying “Listen here you little shit.” Even if it was a tongue-in-cheek, intellectuals can’t stand having their ideologies attacked. Number 3. Perfectionism. I don’t necessarily mean it as a compliment: intelligent persons are perfectionists. For any task, they have a ‘perfect solution’ built up in their minds and they would strive to achieve it. Inability to achieve that desired result would dampen their spirits a lot. They would delay the outcome indefinitely if their ‘image’ of the outcome isn’t complete in the real world. They don’t realize that they’re wasting others’ time in the process and perfection isn’t actually expected of them....... I hope you really enjoyed this video.
