Here is my selection of top ten Urdu novels ever written. All these are the 20th-century novels and most of them reflect our history (The history of the subcontinent). I come to this conclusion after reading tens of Urdu language novels. You might differ from me if you so much in reading and can suggest other novels as well.

7 - Kai Chand The Sar-e-Aasman by Shamsur Rahman Faruqi (1998)

You can find few of them in PDF on searching them o google, however, I personally prefer to read the book where I can touch & smell the paper.
