Transformers Live Action. I think I can attest to all the fans when I say that everyone loves when movies based off of intellectual properties pay homage to the source material. It shows that the director and writers appreciate the lore and understand why we love these franchises so much. It also shows that the people behind these films have done their research. And more times than not the live action Bay films get blasted for lack of these elements. What's up guys? RBG here bringing you another Top 10 Transformers video. I wanted to do something a little different from my usual videos and highlight the top 10 times the Bay films referenced the lore. I feel like the franchise has garnered such a reputation of being these movies that only display visual noise and nothing else. And longtime fans of the Transformers always give them flack for not utilize things from the shows & comics. But I do believe that these these live action films have done an excellent job of referencing certain instances. That's why I've compiled a list of the top 10 times the live action Bay movies paid homage to the lore. So without further ado, let's jump into the video. Absolutely killing it at number 1 we have arguably 1 of the most controversial moments in Transformers history. Remember when I told you that Hasbro was ballsy enough to kill off fan favorite characters in order to introduce newer 1's? Well they were so ballsy that they killed off the flagship character of the franchise. And this caused many fans of the series to leave the theater in tears. Now granted since that film was released we'd go on to see our red & blue Robo-Jesus bite the dust many times in different iterations of Transformers. And in typical fashion he'd rise from the dead. So this became something fans were use to later down the line. But nothing could prepare us for the moment we'd see history repeat itself except this time in a more brutal way. You already know what I'm getting at. Transformers Revenge of the Fallen, the death of Optimus Prime. In what can be described as the most as the most epic display of heroism, Optimus found himself outnumbered by Decepticons as he fought to protect Sam Whitwicky.
