TSC has transferred non-local teachers in Garissa

The teachers service commission says it will transfer all non-local teachers from the northeastern region following a series of attacks where the tutors have been targeted. Hundreds of those teachers camped outside the commission's office demanding the transfer letters and as Makori Ongechi reports learning is almost coming to a halt in the north eastern region.
