TSoM Student - Alicia Rodríguez Avila - Mexico

Alicia, a Graphic Designer from Mexico, fell in love with Toronto and believes it’s the best city in the world as people can express themselves freely and be whoever they want to. She first visited Toronto as a tourist and got her student visa recently; she is now studying the Diploma in Digital Marketing Specialist Co-op to help her gain more knowledge, skills, and Canadian work experience in graphic design.

According to Alicia, the key for success is to be yourself, never stop learning, step out of your comfort zone, and connect with people. She holds onto these motivational words and her goal is to run and own an art gallery in the future.
