TV cameras to be allowed in Crown Court

Crown courts in England and Wales will make history within the next few months, as television cameras are allowed in for the first time to cover part of the trial process.

Following a long campaign led by Sky News, the sentencing remarks of judges in some of the most high-profile courts across the country will be filmed.
