US President announces measures to deal with Covid-19

The death toll from the coronavirus in the US has jumped to 26 and has ravaged markets across the globe. The Trump administration has increased funding set aside to fight the outbreak, yet despite efforts to contain it, the virus is continuing to spread around the country. Lionel Donovan has more.
