Using Holomap: Stakeholders and services - Tetradian on Tools For Change

What do our stakeholders need from us? What do we need from them? The Holomap tool can help us map out exchanges of information and more.

The Holomap is a simple visual tool to help us map out the stakeholders in a context, their relationships with our organisation and with each other, their respective roles and responsibilities within that context, and the respective services and exchanges of things and information that pass between them and our organisation.

In the previous videos in this series on how to use the Holomap, we did a quick assessment of the content in a given context, built a top-level outline of stakeholders throughout that context, and identified the roles and responsibilities for stakeholders in scope for each change-project. For this final video for the series, we explore how to use all of that knowledge gathered with the Holomap to guide service-design - mapping out what information and other exchanges need to flow, where, when and why, between our organisation and its stakeholders, to make our enterprise work well.
