Do you really know how POWERFUL your Database is?

With the introduction of the Best Interests Duty (BID), knowing the features and how to use your CRM database is essential!

Brokers have always been focused on the needs of their contacts so the basics of BID are really nothing new to an experienced broker. However, some brokers and teams are still hampered by manual processes which add more time to their workday. Many are very frustrated with current SLA’s. Prospects and clients may not understand why these delays occur so they are frustrated as well.

Your database is capable of housing the majority of your contact info and automating your workflow is the key. Reports are a great way to analyse and see first hand the results of your ongoing strategy. There is one big proviso though – you need to consistently record this info so it is always up-to-date! Some find keeping records difficult when actually it is very enjoyable. There are so many varied, simple digital methods to communicate with your contacts. This variety also keeps you top of mind.

All that is necessary is to COMMIT to spending time each day to learn and use the database features. It doesn’t happen overnight but so many doors will open when you do!
