Vicious Pack of Dogs Is Scaring This Neighborhood: Cops

A disturbing video shows a terrified man swinging a large pipe, trying to defend himself against a menacing pack of dogs. He’s allegedly just one of many who has had to defend himself from the dogs over the past few months. The dogs have been terrorizing a neighborhood in Little Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey, and have apparently bitten at least six other residents. The owner of the dogs, Esau Morales, is now in court facing criminal charges.
