VLOGMAS DAY 6: Family Favorites FESTIVE FOODS

Sausage Balls (Grandma's Recipe)
1 pound sausage
1 pound sharp cheddar
3 cups Bisquick mix

Instructions: Mix all ingredients together in large mixing bowl. Knead with hands until mixture is consistent (will appear a bit dry). Bake in preheated oven at 300 degrees for 25-30 minutes on greased baking sheet.

Roll Ups (Dad's Recipe)
2-3 pounds diced ham (amount depends on quantity you would like to serve)
1 regular sized jar of Pace Mild Picante Sauce (regular not chunky)
1 softened block of cream cheese
Spices to suit your taste (suggested: pepper, paprika, chili powder and Mrs. Dash)
8-10 count large tortillas

Instructions: Dice ham if not already diced then place into a food processor and blend thoroughly. Combine ham, softened cream cheese, picante and spices in a large mixing bowl and using a mixer blend til smooth consistency. Place wax paper on your counter and place a tortilla on top of it. Scoop your mixture onto the tortilla and smooth evenly across the tortilla. When mixture has been smoothed then roll tortilla and place on a platter. Repeat til mixture is fully used then place tortillas into freezer or refrigerator to allow to firm and cool. Leave tortillas in cooling area for 10-15 minutes then take out and cut into 1 inch slices before plating to serve. NOTE: the ends likely will not contain filling so should not be plated.
