War Thunder's Community Problem

War Thunder's community isn't the greatest, and neither is how Gaijin interacts with said community. Gaijin uses frustration to fuel game purchases for vehicle modifications, premium tanks or planes, premium time, etc. This frustration makes the community sour in general, which in turn leads to players abusing developers that probably had no say in it anyway.
