Members of the coronavirus task force created to address the deadly coronavirus outbreak hold a news conference Monday at the White House, on the second day that the death toll in New York, the state hit hardest by the outbreak, fell flat. The pandemic death toll in the U.S. topped 10,000 on Monday with at least 347,003 people infected across the country.
