Water, power, education top AAP's '10-point guarantee'

Free power, 24-hour drinking water on tap and a world-class education to every child. Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal on Sunday released a "10-point guarantee card" ahead o Assembly polls in the Capital. Clean Yamuna and housing to every slum dwellers are other promises of the Aam Aadmi Party chief to Delhiites. Kejriwal said that a detailed manifesto of the pary will be released later. The assembly elections in Delhi will be held February 8, the votes will be counted three days later.
