Wenzhou's experience of fighting against COVID-19

Wenzhou City in east China's Zhejiang Province once reported the largest number of COVID-19 cases in a single city outside of Hubei Province. But just over a month later, the city has had no new infections over the past two weeks. More than 95 percent of its patients have also fully recovered. Just how did Wenzhou do it?
