#WFHWorkout Week 1 is now in the books. This is for those of us who are now working from home because of COVID-19. If you want a quick way to get a mini-workout in throughout the workday and keep your blood flowing as you are now stuck at home, this is for you.

In the video I challenge you to four simple workouts that can be done at the top of he hour: 8:00AM; 10:00AM; 1:00PM 3:00PM

8:00AM - 30 seconds of mountain climbers, 30 seconds of planking.

10:00AM 50 crunches; 50 bicycle crunches; extra challenge is laying on your back and lifting your legs 6in. And hold for 30 seconds

1:00PM 30 Pushups, 5 plank walk-outs each side

3:00PM 100 calf raises and 25 squats

Use this workout for April 1, 2020 and April 3, 2020 and on April 6th we will drop a new video for that week.
