I used the salted maca caramel perform protein powder in this video!
RECIPES
BREAKFAST - Salted Caramel oats
50g quick oats
200ml water
chunk of courgette
1/2 scoop Vivolife Salted Maca Caramel perform*
pinch of stevia
1.microwave oats, water and courgette for 3 minutes and stir in protein stevia paste.
2.top with a chopped banana and dark chocolate
LUNCH - smoky edamame toast
x2 slices Rye bread
chopped veggies (courgette + tomatoes)
handful of edamame
turmeric, black pepper, stock paste, curry powder, paprika
1. cook veggies, add in edamame and then add in spices and a tad of stock paste.
2. add hummus to toasted rye bread and add on edamame topping.
TURMERIC LATTE
150ml soya milk
150ml almond milk
black pepper, 1/4 tsp turmeric
sprinkle of ginger, all spice and cinnamon
stevia
1. heat milk, add in spices, stevia and black pepper and froth to mix!
DINNER SAUCE
tbsp hummus + squeeze of lemon juice + crushed garlic clove + pinch of salt + water to thin to make a sauce
PUDDING OATS
same recipe as morning, however added cacao powder to protein paste + topped with tangerine and peanut butter!
