What is the difference between Unconditional Love and Conditional Love? And what is good for you?

Unconditional Love is Love without conditions; just pure Love without an expectation. Conditional Love, on the other hand, is more like a business transaction but on a subtle mental level. It is love given in exchange for an expectation or need to be met. Conditional Love is something that can happen amongst families, friends, lovers and literally with any kind of relationship. And these relationships have an element of subtle but strong control to it. The victim experiences like he has been sitting in a cage during that relationship and never gets to express the true "him" because he has always been accepting a trade for love or acceptance from someone else. Something that he can also always give himself if he realizes he can, without having to receive it from an external source. On the other hand, Unconditional Love is Love that has no conditions, no requirements or expectations to meet or to be met. An act of donation without expectation, is Unconditional Love; simply smiling at a person with true "Love" without an expectation is another act of Unconditional Love.
