Welcome back, ScreenRanters! We’ve missed you watching us. Venom 2 isn’t meant to arrive until near the end of 2020. However, recently a photo and video from the set have sparked interest in the sequel to the 2018 film. Tom Hardy, the actor for Eddie Brock, was responsible for one of the leaks. In the mid-credit scene of the first film, we’re introduced to Woody Harrelson as Cletus Kasady. That man that will become Carnage. However, fans weren’t too keen on the scene. It got a mixed reaction. In the leaked information, we can see that Kasady has had an appearance makeover. So much so, that it’s almost like a different character. We’re going to examine what this costume change means and why it happened exactly.

On top of that, we have other Marvel Spider-Man related treats for ya. We’re going to chat about all the rumours and what we know about Venom 2 so far. Will Michelle Williams be back as She-Venom? Why is Andy Serkis directing the film? Will Tom Holland and Jared Leto’s Morbius pop in for a cameo? Is James Bond actor, Naomi Harris, playing Shriek? We’ll also chat about Carnage’s history and powers from the realm of comics. We’ll also chat about how Venom 2 came into being. Hint - it has something to do with 2018’s Venom film. Could Venom 2 be the success that springboards Sony’s Universe into being a rival to the MCU or DCEU? Maybe. Maybe not. We’ll dabble on that in the video too. So, join us today and get your fill of some delightful Marvel and Sony content!
