A word from MSC Cruises:
ITINERARY UPDATES DUE TO COVID-19
MSC Cruises regrets to inform you that due to the evolving COVID-19 coronavirus crisis, we have made the difficult decision to cancel or change select cruises. This decision wasn’t taken lightly; but the health and safety of our guests and crew members is our top priority.
NEW DATES & INFORMATION: All cruises are canceled from March 14 - July 10
Impacted guests who previously opted in to our MSC Cruise Assurance program for a 100% FCC are now eligible for the higher 125% FCC. If you have been impacted by the canceled cruises from March 14 - July 10 and previously submitted a request through MSC Cruise Assurance, YOU MUST COMPLETE A NEW FORM. PLEASE SEE BELOW FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION.
If you have booked your cruise through a travel advisor, we encourage you to contact your travel advisor and they will assist you with your options. For bookings made directly with MSC Cruises USA or for those who have not been able to make contact with your travel advisor, a form will be available online starting Saturday, May 2nd at 6:00 PM EST. You will need to select your option, fill out the form and submit it. Please check back here any time after Saturday, May 2nd at 6:00 PM EST to access the form and make your selection.
