Why Didn't Yoda Try to Prevent Order 66? (He Knew It Was Coming)

By the last year of the Clone Wars 19BBY the Jedi had figured out that the clone army had been ordered by Sith Lord Count Dooku, they also knew that clones had mysterious bio chips implanted into their brains that might have caused one clone to execute their Jedi leader. Then Yoda literally has a vision of Order 66 and the rise of Darth Sidious... so why didn't Yoda do anything about it?
