3 these top 10 company have presence in whole world whereas indian groups dont have presence in whole world

4 in usa uk europe all patients have insurance so their hospitals can spend big budget on medicine .but in india all peopel dont buy insurance so they spend less money .so here pharma groups cant sell higher price medicine so they get less revenue .

5.indian people are not dependent only on allopathic .they have ayurvedic herbal option also .so indian company earn less sale comparing to european or usa based groups

6 .groups from europe .usa always adopt new marketing stragegy so they make a big customer base .which again makes them rich in revenue and turnover
