Blake: Big Congratulations go out to our three (3) Spanish River Shark Wrestlers who competed this weekend in the Class 3A-3 regional tournament and qualified for the Florida State Wrestling Championships to be held on March 6th-7th in Kissimmee, Florida!! Ryan Feinstein (Sr), Riley Mosier (Sr), and Jonathan Lopez (Jr) battled in a field of 34 teams to place in the top-4 and earn a ticket to the Florida State Championships...Great Job to our Shark Wrestlers!!

Lets congratulate and wish Ryan, Riley & Jonathan Good Luck as the compete this coming weekend in Kissimmee...Go Sharks Wrestling!!


The school-wide positive behavior team would like to give a shout-out to the following students, who were nominated by one of their teachers for displaying at least one characteristic of being a true SHARK - smart, honest, attentive, responsible, and kind. Blake: ATTENTION SENIORS-There are just a few pages left for senior ads in the 2020 Tiburon Yearbook and they are on a first come, first serve basis so do not delay! Get your senior ad in TODAY. Pick up an ad contract in the main office or please see Mr. Delaney in room #1144 if you have any questions.

National Honor Society applications are available in Suite Silver and Blue. Requirements are to have a 3.5 GPA or 3.8 HPA, at least 50 hours of logged community service, and no discipline referrals. The applications are due NO LATER than Wednesday, 3/18. Return completed forms to Suite Silver. Induction will be held 5/3.


Tyrese: The Tiburon Yearbook is now accepting applications for the 2021 yearbook staff. Please stop by room 1144 to pick up your application. All qualified freshmen and sophomores are encouraged to apply. APPLICATIONS ARE DUE NO LATER THAN TODAY MARCH 2, 2020. Thanks and GO SHARKS!

Any 9th, 10th, or 11th grade students who want to be a class officer are reminded that class officer applications are due today to Mrs Riedel in room 1151 by 2 pm. Blake: Need community service hours? Don't have the option to go somewhere to complete hours? Join Miss Donnino after school in room 7102 to assemble fleece blankets for shelter animals that need to find homes. Learn how to make a NO SEW fleece blanket and donate to a wonderful cause! Blankets will be donated to nearby animal shelters in conjunction with Have a Heart Charity. See Miss Donnino with any questions. Please keep in mind you must have pre arranged transportation prior to staying.

Juniors and Seniors that have purchased their prom ticket, please stop by Ms. Lehner's classroom 8153 during 3rd period or lunch to pick up your prom ticket! Tickets will not be for sale, this is only for pre purchased ticket pick up.

Prom tickets are on sale for guests and non River students. If you plan on taking a non River student please pick up the non River student approval form from suite sliver. The form must be signed and approved by Mr. Sollod before purchasing your guest's prom ticket. Once the form is approved you may buy your guest's ticket during lunch in room 8153. Tickets are $125.00 each
