YES board approves mega $2 billion fundraising plan and Canadian Billionaire investor Erwin Singh Braich emerges as the top player with~$1.2 billion bid. The MD & CEO says that the board was unable to reach decision by 30th Nov and the deadline was extended to 30th Dec for fund raise.
