In this video I respond to critics of my training approach, claiming that I am not training hard enough. For context, this is a video clarifying much discussion here on youtube about the training volume and intensity debate. How HARD should you workout? How important is training to failure? Is training to failure bad for recovery? When should we train to failure? How should we workout to build the most muscle? Is RPE for beginners? Is science helpful for bodybuilding? Are people bad at knowing how many reps they have in reserve (RIR)?
