Description: The Zero Tolerance 0223 is a folder inspired by classic military knives. Tim Galyean's design prowess is on full display in the ZT0223. It is ready for every take you ask it to take on. ZT's KVT ball bearing system, combined with an ergonomic flipper tab, make the 0223 quick and easy open every time.
The classic clip point bowie blade is made from CPM-20CV stainless steel with a black DLC coating. It is flat ground for precision cutting. Heavy jimping along the spine provides thumb purchase. A cutout decreases weight. CPM-20CV offers excellent hardness and wear resistance -- making sure this knife takes and holdes a superior edge combined with tougness to impact and corrosion resistance. The black DLC (Diamond-Like-Carbon) coating stops reflection.
Earth brown G10 handle scales are an homage to military leather stacked handles. The G10 scales wrap around to the top of the handle and meet in the middle to provide a comfortable, secure grip. The titanium frame is also DLC coated. The ZT 0223 has a sturdy titanium frame lock with a hardened steel lockbar insert for reliable lockup every time. A reversible (left- or right-side) tip-up pocket clip completes this solid Tim Galyean design.
