This 10 mins home workout, that doesn’t require any equipment at all, will blast your side abs. You will shred your muffin top, revealing your gorgeous hourglass shape and strong obliques ♥

I have included some beginner friendly options for all those starting their fitness journey. As long as you squeeze your side abs/core area… you will still GET RESULTS! But, if you want to challenge yourself even more you can always alternate between the beginner version and the harder version. Next time, you will be able to do the hard core version one all the way through.
Patience and hard work is key to progress :)
