Hi everyone!
The ankle joints are often not a focus when exercising, unless they have gone through an injury, tightness or pain.
This video will take you through easy to follow and effective exercises (no equipment needed) to strengthen, stabilise and mobilise the ankles, achilles tendon and calf muscles.
These lower body muscles are vital as every time you walk, run, or move you are relying on the support and alignment of those muscles, joints and ligaments.
It’s useful to do this once a week or fortnight to compliment your other full body or targeted workouts!
