Everything that is wrong about Din Tai Fung, as compared to a typical American Chinese restaurant. Din Tai Fung, originally from Taiwan, is my favorite "Chinese" restaurant... but the first time few times I visited I didn't quite understand the concept. This is all meant in good fun by the way.
