2 more coronavirus cases confirmed in Singapore

In Singapore, two more cases of the novel coronavirus have been confirmed as of noon on Feb 10, bringing the country's tally to 45. One of the cases is a Certis Cisco officer who served quarantine orders on two other people who subsequently tested positive.
