There was town in a remote area,
that lost its boom. The natural minerals found in the region, were now depleted and the settlers without reason to remain, eventually deserted the small town. They left the buildings, they left the supplies, they left it all. They even left the dogs.
Now with having to fend for themselves, the dogs mated and returned to their feral instincts. The environment was a chaotic one. The survival of the fittest dog was the only rule. The most powerful dog was the leader.
A feral leader had to be both treacherous and cunning, at any time, there could be a coop and control would shift, from the old top dog to the new top dog.
With ferals, it was an emotional charged atmosphere, there was a fight to eat, a fight to be heard and a fight to recognized. Simply to exist was a fight.
In the ferals camp, a dogs value was based on performance alone and if it did not measure it would mean a loss, a loss of food, a loss of resources or a ultimately a loss of life.
:::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::
The only thing that united the ferals was their hated for the wolves.
The wolves were native to the land. They had been there for many generations. The wolves were organized and had a tradition of succession.
There was a huge contrast between the wolves nation and feral nation. The wolves live in and for peace, the ferals lived for power and survival alone.
A leader among the wolves had to sit under an elder wolf, as a rite of passage and it was the pups role to embrace the heritage and history of the wolves nation, before even being considered for leadership.
The wolves lived by a system of order, respect the land and respect each other. A young wolf was free to eat, free to learn and free to make mistakes, because the elders were established and always watching.
Each wolf in the wolves nation had a position and a each position was secured by the belief in the greater good of the entirety of the wolves nation. Each role played was logical, significant and strategic in guaranteeing a last wolves nation.
:::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::
As the feral nation grew and the wolves nation also grew, resources in the region become limited. The land coupled support one, but not both. The ferals realized this a launcher an impromptu attack on some unsuspecting wolves.
As so, a great War began. The war has had many battles and still continues until this day. A battle can be taken by the ferals or by the wolves, what decides the outcomes is determined by which nation sticks to its core values and game plan.
The feral nation reek havoc by deploying pure chaos, while the wolves nation is orderly and relying on the chain of command. If the ferals persist and the wolves stop believing in their heritage and each other, then the battle goes to the ferals.
However, when the wolves nation remembers the wolves that have gone before them and that their fight was not against the ferals, but for the wolves nation tradition, no matter what the ferals tried, the wolves would win.
