93-Year-Old Man Fires Off Gun Over Apartment Damage:Cops

A 93-year-old man faces charges after police say he opened fire in an office of his Las Vegas apartment complex. Robert Thomas was reportedly upset about water damage and flooding in his Vista Del Valley apartment, according to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department. Surveillance video shows Thomas entering the office and drawing a weapon. Thomas was charged with attempted murder with a deadly weapon among other charges.
