This is a Spot Grips Review. Spot Grips are a dumbbell spotter system that uses a unique mechanism to release and lock on any size dumbbell to make bench press and other dumbbell movements safer.

As you'll see in the review, it's a great idea and I'm all for anything that will improve the safety in any home gym or commercial gym. The issue is the price, which I detail in the video.
