Description
Get ready for another full body workout! As part of Active's Daily Workout Series, there's no gym equipment required for this bodyweight-based workout; just grab a floor mat or a towel if you'd like. Watch all the way through before getting started to see proper form for each movement. Be sure to stay hydrated!

Today's Workout:
7 Minute AMRAP
◻️ 20 Air Squats
◻️ 10 Chair Dips
◻️ 20 Air Squats
◻️ 10 Hollow Rocks
Rest for 3 Minutes
Complete for a total of 3
intervals
Suggested Modifications:
◻️ Air Squats:
➡️ 20 Good Mornings with Staggered Stance (R Leg Forward)
◻️ Chair Dips:
➡️ Chair dip hold at the top for 10s
◻️ Air Squats (2nd set):
➡️ 20 Good Mornings with Staggered Stance (L Leg Forward)
◻️Hollow Rocks:
➡️ Superman
