Architecture Student Builds Tiny House to Live in During College!
Description
This week we toured the tiny home of Austin-based Architect, Davis Richardson. Using polycarbonate and stud framing, he created an unexpected and uniquely shaped tiny house!
Davis built this for grad school, as a way to live more economically during college. The challenge of where to park it still remains...Right now the tiny home sits in an RV park, where he is renting a small spot for $500 / month plus utilities.
We met with Davis one week after returning from his honeymoon! Newly married, the chapter for living in this 240 SF tiny house has closed, so Davis has posted it for sale!
Follow along as we hear about his journey building and designing this home. If you're at all curious how storage works in a tiny house, this is a great video to watch! Davis nailed some great storage options!
