Big Tech Is on Steroids: Former IBM CEO

Jul.31 -- Sam Palmisano, former International Business Machines Corp. chief executive officer, says that the biggest threat to tech will be its constant evolution, not regulatory action. He thinks that acquisitions by companies, like Facebook, were not necessarily anti-competitive because they were made during the companies' growth phases.
