How I feel after 30 weeks during my first pregnancy! Hope this video can help you that are planning to get pregnant and what you can expect from it. It's the best feeling ever!

What you need for my smoothie is:
1 banana
2 handfuls of spinach
1/2 avocado
1 scoop of Womensbest protein ( I use Vegan )
Oat milk (add after how loose you want the smoothie to be)
Agave syrup or honey
1 scoop if oats if you want more carbs and for the smoothie to keep you full longer
