Ingredients--
For 1 Sandwich
- 3 Bread Slices
- 4 Tsp Butter
- 4 Tsp Sandwich Chutney
(Or Mint Chutney)
- 4-5 Slices Boiled Potato
- 1/2 Cup Shredded Chesse
- 2 Tsp Sandwich Masala
(Or Mix Chaat & Garam Masala)
- 3-4 Tomato Slices
- 2-3 Capcicum(Bell Pepper) Slices
- Oil
Method -
Step 1 - Take 1 Slice of bread and apply 1 Tsp butter on one side of bread.
Step 2 - Apply 1 Tsp Sandwich Chutney or Mint chutney on top of Butter.
Step 3 - Take Boiled Potato Slices(4-5) on keep on the bread slice, add 1/4 Cup of Shredded cheese on top of potato slices.
Step 4 - Add 1 Tsp Sandwich Masala(or mix of chaat masala & Garam masala) on top.
Step 5 - Then take second slice of bread and apply Butter and Chutney from both side and keep it on Sandwich
Step 6 - Take 3-4 slices of Tomato and 2-3 slices of Capcicum(Bell Pepper) keep it on bread slice.
Step 7 - Add 1 Tsp Sandwich Masala(or mix of chaat masala & Garam masala) on top and add 1/4 Cup of Shredded cheese on top.
Step 8 - Take Third slice of bread and apply 1 Tsp butter and 1 Tsp of Chuntney on one side of bread.
Step 9 - Keep the third slice on the Sandwich (keep the side facing downward which has Butter and Chutney applied)
Step 10 - Heat the Pan or Sandwich Grill and apply some Oil, keep the Sandwich on it and grill for 3-4 Min(If using Sandwich Grill). if using Pan, then Grill sandwich from both sides for 2 Min.
Step 11 - Apply some butter from both the sides of sandwich while grilling.
Srep 12 - Once Gilled, Cut the Sandwich in half and serve Hot with Tomato Ketchup.
