FILTER INFO - Every 3 days there is a new opinion on the best filter material for homemade masks. Please use what you have on hand, what is convenient, and makes you feel safe.
ADULT MASK - Cut a 5 inch square of filter material for your mask
CHILD MASK - Cut a 3 1/2 inch square of filter material
If the filter material is washable (like flannel fabric) - wash the filter in the mask.
If the filter material is NOT washable (like paper towel) - remove the filter before washing and throw it away.
