Coronavirus I Australia joins the US in denying entry to all foreign nationals travelling from China

Australia has joined the US in denying entry to all foreign nationals travelling from mainland China - due to the increasing threat from the coronavirus epidemic.
Australian citizens and permanent residents returning home are exempt from the ban but are required to isolate themselves for 14 days after their arrival.
China says the death toll from the coronavirus has risen to 259 - with more than 11-thousand cases confirmed since it emerged in December.
More than 100 cases have been reported in 22 other countries.
