Really fun chart. A tiny bit early on Extreme, but only a tiny bit. Two of those end Blue notes should be Purple -- you know what I mean if you've played this chart at a high level. This song always baffled me -- a lot of players around here just really did not get the rhythm. It follows the synth quite well for most of the song, and then the short drum breaks after that.

Like, players who were getting less than 10 on Almost all Non-10s would End up with more than 100 greats on this. I guess some songs were More obvious to pick in those settings (Understandably so with some players' best scores). Those were the days, though, sort of. Nowadays, I'm not near enough to an Ace/A20 cabinet to be willing to make the time investment to play regularly, i.e. I'm not going to take a 3-hour round-trip every day to even START to play -- it's not an excuse -- it's me being unwilling to make that sacrifice for a game that isn't going anywhere in favor of other goals that I can achieve much better in my current setting. This isn't anything new, though -- we didn't have X2/X3 anywhere within 600 miles of me, but when I got access to the mix again, I put up MFCs and top scores. I'm going to work this job, save up now, and while the people saying I'm functionally irrelevant now are still struggling with their schedules down the road, I'll be done working this job, saving up, and will be relaxing doing the things I love on my own conditions. So for now, it's Extreme + Juggling for me. Not any less impressive -- just obviously not noticed as much. I was never loud about my accomplishments, I just tended to get down to the grind and finish AAAing everything in sight, didn't overreact, and then ended up with a goose-egg remaining on my global scorecard first. I'm not done until God says I'm done, but me not playing A/A20 now doesn't mean that God won't give me a chance to catch everybody again when it's a more opportune time. History tends to repeat itself. So anyway, here's Xenon while juggling, lol.
