Agar aaplog body banana chahte hai to
Kabhi bhi body banane ke liye app jim jaye toh koi powder nahi khaye. Kyuki jab tak app powder khate hai. apki body fuli hui lagti hai. par jab app powder khana chhod deta hai. toh apki body pehle ki tarha lagne lagti hai.
It mean agar app naturally tarike se apni body banna chahte hai. toh apko sabhi parakar ke powder se dur rehna hoga. Or naturally chizo ka sevan karna hoga. Jaise ki banana, mango, apple .milk etc.
